at hearings before the Board of Assessment of Allegheny County. For those property owners who are pursuig a tax appeal on their own, be aware of the procedures lacking in due process which the Board of Assessment practices upon the unknowing public. On May 18, 2000 the Court ruled in favor of property owner due process rights. (2000)
