The steps to file your own appeal between January 1 and March 31.  You may pursye it yourself, or hire a professional to assist after your appeal is filed.

Step 1. Go to or click on: http://www2.alleghenycounty.us/realestate

Step 2. Scrolll to bottom of page to agree to terms.

Step 3. Type your street number and address into the search fields to go to your property's "General Information" Tab

Step 4. On the right side, cick on the "Appeal Status" Tab.

Step 5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and on the right side, click on "2022 Second Filing Online Form" and the online appeal screen will pop up.  Then fill in your information.  If you desire our representation, then fill in "John Silvestri / Barbara Stern" as the respresentative, the representative address "1000 N Negley Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206", the representative phone: "412-512-4902" and the representative email: "staff.john.silvestri@usa.net" 

If the online form does not pop up, then click on the "2022 Second Filing Fillable PDF", print the form, fill it out and sign it, image it, and mail it so it gets post marked by 3/31/2023.

Note 1: If you had a Board of Viewers case that settled in 2022, then also fill out the 2023 online appeal form. 

Note 2: If you did not own the property until 2023, then only fill out the 2023 online form. If you already filled out the online 2022 appeal form, don't worry, it will be dismissed.

Step 6. If you filed online, you will receive an emailed receipt.
